Cleanup tags

Greetings! I see you've removed cleanup tags from a number of articles, noting they were placed with "hostile intent." The tags exist to tell other editors that there are issues that need fixed in the article. Some editors are experts at finding sources, copyediting, etc. The tags let them bring their expertise where it is needed.
